How do I reset my view?

You can reset your orientation at any time by holding down the Oculus/Meta button on your right Touch controller for two seconds to recenter the view.

Does this app require an internet connection?

No. Privacy is our priority. Since we do not collect user data or use cloud saves, Glimpse GLB can be used entirely offline.

How do I enable Mixed Reality / Passthrough?

If the app supports Mixed Reality, ensure you have granted Spatial Data permissions when prompted. You can manage this in your Quest Settings under Apps > Installed Apps > Glimpse GLB > Permissions.

The app is performing slowly. What should I do?

Ensure your Meta Quest 3 system software is up to date. We also recommend closing other background apps to ensure maximum performance for rendering high-poly models.

🛠 Troubleshooting Steps

If you encounter a bug or the app crashes, please try these steps:

  1. Restart the App: Completely quit the app via the Quest menu and relaunch it.
  2. Reboot your Headset: Hold the power button on the Quest 3 for 5 seconds and select "Restart."
  3. Check for Updates: Visit the Meta Quest Store to see if a newer version of Glimpse GLB is available.
